08/07/2023 at 3:15 p.m. by Sara Petzold – Clips are currently going viral on Twitch in which streamers try out the nudity option for their characters in the editor. Also, snippets of sex scenes seem to be on the rise as well.
Baldur’s Gate 3’s character editor offers players a variety of ways to customize their own character – but one feature of the editor is currently going viral. Because the tool offers an option with which we can see how our hero looks naked. The fact that the character is actually standing completely naked in front of us causes strange reactions from some streamers.
Nudity and sex scenes dominate clips from Baldur’s Gate on Twitch
Exactly these reactions are now ending up in rows in the top clips on Twitch. There you can find various excerpts from recordings, during which various streamers discover the nudity of their characters. The streamer Shroud, for example, was very surprised when his character was seen stark naked on the screen, including genitals. His comment: “Woah, sorry, I didn’t know there was such an option in the game.” He turned the clothes back on shortly after, only to directly conceal them again to look for genitalia options.
Elden Ring streamer MissMikkaa apparently knew at least part of what to expect: she zoomed in on her character’s face before clicking the appropriate option in the editor. However, the game switched directly to a full view of her character, so that she was also completely naked on the screen.
Meanwhile, the top clip currently on Twitch is also from streamer Shroud and features one of the sex scenes also included in the game. It’s probably only a matter of time before the nudity discovery clips are superseded by this second adult content. Incidentally, Twitch itself does not prohibit the showing of such scenes as long as it serves to progress in the game.
