While fans in the US have already seen the full first season of The Walking Dead: Dead City, they have to the fans in Germany continue to be patient. It has been known for some time that the series will start in this country in autumn of this year. However, there was no specific date – until now. Because now it’s finally clear when Negan and Maggie’s adventure together will be shown in Germany.
When does The Walking Dead: Dead City start in Germany?
Like the Telekom offshoot Magenta TV announced in a press release that The Walking Dead: Dead City will be launched in Germany on October 13, 2023. Accordingly, the German fans have to wait about seven more weeks, before they are allowed to accompany the unlikely duo consisting of Negan and Maggie on the home screen. The first season includes a total of six episodeswhich were received quite positively, at least by US fans.
If you can’t wait that long and want to while away the rest of the waiting time, luckily there’s zombie material to go with it. The full first episode of The Walking Dead: Dead City is available for you on the official YouTube channel. This one is though entirely in English held. But as a pastime and first appetizer, the video is definitely suitable.

The Walking Dead fans are in for a rosy day, as Dead City isn’t the only new project the producers have up their sleeves. AMC recently gave the green light for Dead City Season 2.
In the USA, the series The Walking Dead also celebrates: Daryl Dixon am 10. September their premiere, it will be of this too at least one more season give. There is also a lot on the agenda for next year: to one so far unspecified date 2024 marks the start of The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live series, in which the characters Rick Grimes and Michonne be in focus.
