Players will have to turn the dry desert, wild mountains and other biomes into a picturesque world filled with colorful colors by laying railroad tracks between the created stations.
At the beginning of the game, the user’s world will be limited to only a couple of buildings in the countryside, but as your railway network grows, you can expand the available territory.
Among the main features of Station to Station, the creators call a calm and carefree atmosphere, as well as colorful voxel graphics, which can be seen in the new gameplay trailer.
The developers promise a “cozy quiet world” with numerous biomes (each will have unique mechanics), additional tests and bonuses at each level. The game will receive support for the Russian language.
The main sources of inspiration for the authors of Station to Station were other transport, minimalist games and simulators: we are talking about Mini Metro, Train Valley, Dorfromantik, Terra Nil and Islanders.
As it became known, Station to Station will go on sale on October 3 this year exclusively for Steam. A demo version of the game is available for review on the page in the Valve service.
