RPGs tend to offer us ever more complete and detailed universes. Baldur’s Gate 3 goes even further by offering us personalized underwear in the image of each character!
Since its release, Baldur’s Gate 3 hasn’t stopped surprising players. Discoveries are made every day and are all as diverse as they are varied. Sometimes even in very special circumstances, like this line of dialogue from Astarion which only triggers when the latter dies during an explosion in the “Mountain Pass” and then being revived. A conversation then starts with an exasperated character, who appears hilarious in the eyes of Twitter.

Hidden texts everywhere!
Astarion will surely not stop making us laugh! After her hidden dialogues, it was her underwear that caught the eye on Reddit. Indeed, the game includes descriptions for absolutely everything and anythingincluding the sweet embroidered briefs of our good sarcastic vampire.

The text describes an embroidery on the very inside of the Mayan blue panties: “If you read this, you are either tucking me in or decapitating me”. The news exploded on the networks and prompted everyone to report their findings on the boxer shorts of each NPC.
Who will have the best underpants?
Another description is worth seeing, that of Gale’s boxer shorts: “There’s crackles of energy in there. Gale wouldn’t have… no he wouldn’t have enchanted that.” As for the message of that of Wyll: “May he long gird the Blade of the Borders”, a verb of circumstance. All these puns and jokes only show once again how Larian Studios pays great attention to detail and the elaboration of his universe. This portends many other surprises to discover and it is surely partly for these reasons that the game is such a success.
