Already Awaited, Persona 3 Reload Launches in February 2024!

Aroged, Bandung – Sega and Atlus finally officially announced the release date of Persona 3 Reload, the remake of Persona 3. Along with the latest trailer at Gamescom 2023, the remake game will officially launch on February 2, 2024.
Persona 3 Reload Appears Fresher by Using the Unreal Engine
First announced at the official Xbox Games Showcase 2023, Persona 3 Reload is a remake of Persona 3 with a fresher look. Using the Unreal Engine, the graphics of this game look more modern and look inspired from Persona 5.

The remake also adds several new songs, quality-of-life improvements such as the ability to control the player’s party. An example of the new song heard in the trailer is It’s Going Down Now, a new battle theme. Lotus Juice was confirmed to be returning to compose the music for the game, with Azumi Takahashi accompanying him as vocalist.
Since the release of Persona 5, fans have requested Persona 3 to be remade by Atlus. The development process has long been a rumor among fans, fueling anticipation. Prior to the official announcement at the Xbox Games Showcase 2023, Atlus had accidentally leaked it earlier via its official Instagram.
Content from Persona 3 Remake Confirmed Absent
The bad news is that Persona 3 Reload will not include all of the content from Persona 3 Portable that was originally released on the PlayStation Portable. In other words, players can only play as the main male character. The main female character has been confirmed absent. This decision had angered fans.
“I want to mention because the basic concept of Persona 3 remake is to remake Persona 3, we are not including content from FES and Portable. We want to work fully on recreating the Persona 3 experience,” said producer Ryota Niitsuma at IGN.
Persona 3 was first released in 2007 on the PlayStation 2 before its updated version, Persona 3 FES, a year later. In 2010, Persona 3 Portable was released for the first time on the PlayStation Portable. Then, the Portable version was re-released on modern PCs and consoles this year.
Persona 3 Reload will release February 2, 2024 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. This game is available free only to Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
