Simultaneously with the presentation of the new PS Plus video games in September, the announcement of the imminent price increase of the annual subscriptions to the Essential, Extra and Premium tiers of Sony’s subscription service also arrives from the columns of the PlayStation Blog.
To make it known are the exponents of Sony Interactive Entertainment themselves, specifying how “starting from September 6th We will increase the price of PlayStation Plus 12-month subscriptions globally across all tiers. This price adjustment will allow us to continue to offer high-quality games and value-added benefits to your PlayStation Plus subscription service.”
Depending on the decision made by Sony, here are the new prices of PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra and Premium starting from 6th September:
PlayStation Plus Essential – $79.99 | 71,99 euro | for £59.99| 6,800 yen
PlayStation Plus Extra – $134.99 | 125,99 euro | for £99.99 | 11,700 yen
PlayStation Plus Premium – $159.99 | 151,99 euro | for £119.99 | 13,900 yen
