1C Game Studios has announced a new adventure action game called War of the Worlds: Siberia. The release date, platform list and gameplay details are still unknown, but the developers have already shared information about the plot and published the first trailer below.
The events of the “War of the Worlds: Siberia” will unfold during the period of the Russian Empire, in 1896, when the Earth was subjected to a massive invasion of the Martians. In the center of the plot there will be several heroes at once who are fleeing panic-stricken Petrograd in order to save their lives. According to the authors, the project is very ambitious and poses a serious challenge to the independent studio.
“War of the Worlds: Siberia” is still in development, so the team needs new employees. The official website has already opened vacancies for a mission designer, a Unity3D graphics programmer, a concept artist and a 3D animator.
