Head of Publishing Division Bethesda Pete Hines yesterday spoke about bugs in Starfield and called them the price for player freedom. But in the conversation he touched not only on the sensational premiere of the new role-playing game.
Pete Hines assured the players that Arkane doesn’t give up on Redfall, despite the fact that the tactical vampire shooter turned out to be the studio’s lowest-rated game. According to him, Bethesda has a lot of experience in the fact that games do not come out as expected.
Bethesda and Arkane, according to Hines, are going to finalize Redfall, primarily in technical terms. The company believes that in ten years Redfall will be in Game Pass and new players will enjoy playing it.
Redfall was released in May 2023 and earned only 31% of recommendations in Steam. In June, the first major patch was released for it, which fixed some bugs and improved the gameplay. So far, the developers have not announced what awaits the game in the near future.
