What is Featured Hour in Pokémon GO?
Among the weekly events offered by Pokémon GO, we can find the Featured Hours. Every week, they allow highlight a particular Pokémon by boosting its appearance rates and offering a special bonus to players.
The Pokémon in question is featured for 1 hour during which players are encouraged to catch as many Pokémon of that species as possible in order to earn enough candy to evolve these Pokémon and of course add them to their Pokédex.

According to Niantic, the next Featured Hour will take place this Tuesday September 5, 2023 between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. (local hour). During this slot, it is Axoloto which will appear frequently. Axoloto is a type Pokémon Eau et Sol from the second generation. It can evolve into Marais with 50 Candieswhich you can get in capturing Pokémon, in transferring to Professor Willow, and in many other ways.
During the Featured Hour, you will be able to catch a lot of Axoloto, and gain twice as much Evolution XP thanks to the associated bonus.
