Feardemic and Twisted II Studio have unveiled the official trailer for Dark Fracture, which gives fans a glimpse of the chilling gameplay and psychological horror aspects.
The trailer showcases many spooky and unusual locations for players to explore. Dark Fracture offers a guaranteed action-packed journey filled with vibrant storytelling and terrifying gameplay components.
Dark Fracture takes place in a lone forested area of a rural US district in the late 90s. You play as Edward, a body farm worker who is tormented by his past and finds only solace in medicine. Edward struggles to deal with his personal problems, exacerbated by his single life.
One day, while Edward is working the dreadful night shift, a series of strange events occur that leave him almost out of touch with reality as he witnesses the fabric of his world seem to disintegrate and become tangled. What was his home for several years is falling apart before our eyes. And again, the cruel hand of fate pushes Edward to a tragedy that threatens to plunge his house into darkness. The decisions you make will determine the end of his horrific story. Edward finds himself trapped between a terrifying world inspired by the work of artists such as H.R. Giger, and the merciless reality of the corporeal farm from which he came.
According to the game’s official website, Dark Fracture is scheduled to release in 2024 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
