The iPhone 15 may have stackable MagSafe battery packs to charge multiple devices together. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman already dropped some predictions.
The usually well-informed Gurman says a new version of MagSafe Duo via USB-C is on the way. The remarkable thing about it: a stackable MagSafe battery pack that allows multiple devices to be charged simultaneously. With such a pack you could easily charge two iPhones together, reports Gizmo China.
iPhone 15 van titanium
Yet all eyes are of course focused on the new iPhone 15 series. According to Gurman, the Pro models would be considerably lighter and use titanium in the housing. According to Gurman, this would also make the phone more vulnerable to dents. As long as there isn’t a new bendgate on the way. The titanium is excellent for avoiding fingerprints.
Furthermore, the screen edges would decrease even further by 33 percent, while the battery would get a boost of 10 percent. This would be made possible by low-injection pressure over-molding (LIPO) and an advanced 3nm A17 Bionic chipset, respectively.
Apple-event Wonderlust
Tomorrow, at 7 PM Belgian time, Apple’s ‘Wonderlust’ event will take place. Apple will undoubtedly also announce that it is continuing its transition to USB-C. So the tech giant bites the bullet, but it also makes things a lot easier for the consumer when you only need one charger, from iPods to MagSafe.
