News game Starfield is rated by more than 40,000 players on Steam and the result is worse than Skyrim

Starfield is the huge critical and commercial success of the fall. Despite everything, Bethesda’s new baby who succeeds in everything does less well than Skyrim!
Starfield, the back-to-school game?
Since its launch on September 6, Starfield is entitled to a very warm welcome, with 10 out of 10s not knowing what to do with it. The title indeed leaves with the maximum score from Gamerview, Destructoid, IGN Japan, GamesRadar, GamingBolt, or even Gameblog and VGC.
For our part, we opted for a rating of 17/20 thanks to its absolutely colossal content and its many captivating adventures.
Of course, Starfield’s success doesn’t stop there. In just two days, the RPG has 6 million players, making it the best start for a Bethesda game, but also a game developed by an Xbox studio.

Disappointed players on Steam?
If everything seems to be smiling at Starfield, the title ultimately does less well than Skyrim, the fifth episode of The Elder Scrolls saga. Out of more than 40,000 evaluations, Bethesda’s space RPG receives 77% “rather positive” evaluations on Steam. To give you an idea, Skyrim, in its Special Edition version, leaves with 94% “very positive” evaluations, for a total of 138,000 votes. In other words, Bethesda’s new game seems to disappoint the company’s many fans a bit.
If we look closely at the reviews, the numerous loading times, unexploited space travel and general ergonomics are often singled out by players. As a reminder, Starfield is available on PC and Xbox Series X|S. The title is also included in the Xbox Game Pass subscription.
