Company LG Electronics unveiled the newest addition to its line of premium Micro LED displays LG MAGNIT. New model LG LSAL006 It is equipped with a 118-inch diagonal panel with a 4K resolution (3,840 x 2,160), based on LG Micro LED technology with a minimum pixel pitch of 0.68 mm. With the elegance and scale befitting a luxury home, the display offers a WebOS-friendly experience, multiple content services, and easy streaming from a wide range of devices.
Delivering excellent picture quality with Micro LED technology, the new LG MAGNIT allows you to enjoy a fully immersive screen experience from the comfort of your own living room. The state-of-the-art display’s micropixels and integration of LG Surface Treatment technology deliver superior image reproduction with vibrant colors and outstanding contrast.
Equipped with the company’s AI-powered Intelligent ɑ (Alpha) 9 processor, LG MAGNIT optimizes picture quality for various types of content, including movies, sports and games. The processor uses advanced deep learning algorithms and an extensive visual database covering a wide range of content genres, allowing it to intelligently analyze and adjust image quality according to what the user is watching. Along with automatic image optimization based on genre, LG MAGNIT features AI-assisted brightness control and features that enhance facial detail and scale on-screen text, enhancing usability and creating an immersive experience for viewers.
The new LG Micro LED also features the company’s own webOS Smart TV platform, which provides easy navigation and access to a growing catalog of popular streaming apps, including Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and YouTube. Equipped with dual 50W 4.2-channel speakers and supporting eARC enhanced audio, LG MAGNIT allows users to enjoy rich, cinematic sound that helps make their favorite content more realistic.
The latest LG MAGNIT boasts seamless connectivity with support for Apple AirPlay 2 and Miracast for mirroring the screen of an iOS or Android mobile device. It also features four HDMI 2.1 ports for easy connection to compatible devices, has built-in Bluetooth, and supports WiSA for wireless surround sound. For installation flexibility, customers can choose between wall-mounting or stand-mounted display options.
As showcased at CEDIA Expo 2023 (September 7-9, Denver, CO), LG MAGNIT takes home theater to the next level when paired with premium audio solutions from Bang & Olufsen. LG continues its partnership with Bang & Olufsen, which began with the 136-inch LG MAGNIT and has now expanded to the 118-inch model, bringing customers a vibrant home theater experience.
