Low-poly multiplayer first-person shooter BattleBit Remastered has received a major update 2.1.4. Along with it, a new ZalfiBay map appeared in the game, where players will have to fight for control of points in an urban area surrounded by desert hills and canyons. At the location, it is useful to use sea transport to move to any target, and snipers can sit on one of the islands in the center to control the coastline.
In addition, BattleBit Remastered has a leaderboard that shows the top 5,000 players in the following categories: clans, experience gained, heals, revives, destroyed vehicles, vehicle repairs, road kills, furthest kills, objectives completed, and kills. The function’s API is already available but is still under development.
In the update, the developers also added new weapons (F2000 assault rifle and G3 Marksman rifle), removed the Squad Leader class, improved some old maps, improved sounds, made balance adjustments and fixed bugs. The full list of changes can be found on the Steam page.
