Further than the Snowfields in Honkai: Star Rail is the mission of Lynx’s companion, a snowfield explorer from the Landau family. A girl and her friend go on a hike outside the city, where a series of misfortunes happen: there is no food, the stove breaks down, and terrible monsters attack the camp. Follow the youngest Landau and help her at the right time.

How to start the quest “Further than the Snowy Fields” in Honkai: Star Rail
You can unlock the mission “Further Than the Snowy Fields” in HSR after meeting several requirements below:
reach Mastery level 32 or higher; complete companion mission “Just a Child”associated with Serval and Cheetah.
After fulfilling the above conditions, the Pioneer’s smartphone will receive a message from a group chat with Landau, where the brother and sister will ask for help and offer to meet in the museum’s back room. After this, the quest “Further than the Snowy Fields” will be considered accepted and will automatically appear in the quest log.
Walkthrough of the mission “Further than the Snowy Fields” in Honkai: Star Rail
Brother and sister are worried about the youngest Landau – she is still too young to go alone to explore suburban areas. Check how Lynx’s hike is going and support her if she needs help.
Find Landau in the museum’s back room
Go to Belobog Museum of Local Lore, located in the Administrative district of the city. Interact with the usher to get inside and go into the hall on the left. Talk to Brother and Sister Landau after you hear snippets of their thoughts.
Find Lynx at the exit from the Administrative District near the Suburban Snow Fields
Since the last expedition, Lynx has been acting strangely and does not tell what happened. Find the girl in the city next to the blue car and follow her.
Together with Pela, they will go to the Suburban Snow Fields, and you will automatically switch to a squad consisting of two friends. From this point on, continue the story from their perspective.
Find a suitable camp site
The map cannot be used in reconnaissance mode, so be guided by its mini version in the upper left corner of the screen. Run east and don’t lose sight of the quest sign. Don’t forget to activate along the way Energy anchor and keep going straight.
You will also encounter a small squad of monsters consisting of Spawns of Fire and Ice. Fight them to continue the mission.
At this stage you can get the achievement “Icebreaker” from category “Thirst for Battle”. To do this, remove the ice vulnerability with the help of Pela and defeat the frozen enemy with Lynx. Landau must deliver the final blow while the Flamespawn is frozen.

After the battle, without further incidents, get to the indicated point and discuss with your partner whether it is possible to stay here for the night.
Set up camp
The place is not suitable, so hurry to the new clearing. Go north and fight the team of Shadows of Incineration and Spawn of the Flame (you can try again to earn the achievement if it didn’t work out before), or just run past.
Follow the end of the path and watch a new dialogue between friends who have gathered to see the northern lights.
Find out if Pela can fix the stove
The device is out of order, discuss with your companion how you can solve this problem. At the same time, check the tent for stability and change the pegs.
Find a geo-entity activator and food
Everything is not as smooth as we would like – in order to fix the stove and not freeze, you will have to look for a part in the surrounding area. Now the game will be played from Pela’s perspective. Head west to the first two points, located 50 meters from the camp.
Examine the snow near the abandoned house and get Slices of Raw Cold Salmon from the ruins. Thanks to permafrost, you can eat fish that are more than 700 years old.
Check the tree trunk on the left and take the Mimic Snow Slug from there. It doesn’t taste so bad if you fry it.
Go south, make a detour to the right and exit to the adjacent path. Along the way, you will meet new monsters that you can fight or run away from.
Climb the hill and look at the boxes covered with snow, in which someone’s sausages will lie. Decide to leave them where they are, in case they already belong to someone.
On the way back, check the snowdrift in the corner of the path; there will be nothing interesting in it either – only a rabbit, which it will be decided to return to its place in the name of the Snowy Fields ecosystem.
Cook dinner at camp
You won’t be able to find the geo-entity activator, so return to the tents where someone is already digging around.
Find out what’s going on in the camp
Take a photo of the mysterious creature – this is an optional condition, but to complete it you can click on «R» and open the camera. Point the lens at the animal, then take a photo using the key «F».
Otherwise, you can choose the optional “Defeat the Mysterious Creature” option to fight the space piggy bank. If you do nothing, she will soon run away. To complete the task and further rewards, this choice will not affect.
Explore an item left behind by a mysterious creature
Come closer and examine the object lying on the ground, which turns out to be Geoentity Activator.
Fix the stove
Interact with the device to replace a failed spare part. A riddle will open with magnetic flux connector – Connect all terminals to successfully complete the mini-test.
Rotate selected modules as many times as indicated in the screenshot. The order doesn’t matter. At the end, all the chains should converge as in the second picture. Video instruction:
When you’re done with the repairs, select all the ingredients from the list and prepare dinner – solyanka from the Snowy Fields.
Eavesdrop on a conversation between two friends, after which a huge monster will come out from around the corner and attack them.
Defeat Fire from Space
The Trailblazer will jump forward and stand up for the girls by joining the trial squad. For an easy victory, follow these recommendations:
Weaken Fire from Space with Pela’s skills – the character removes buffs and penetrates vulnerability well. Deal most of your damage with Physical Pathfinder. Support your team with Lynx – she can increase allies’ HP and restore health.
The trial heroes are strong enough, so there shouldn’t be any problems. After defeating the enemy, finally meet Lynx, who will offer to stay and watch the northern lights together.
After watching a short cutscene, you will automatically return to the city. Talk to the girls. The researcher will give Pele a certain floppy disk, and the company will go about its business.
A message from Landau’s group chat will immediately be sent to the Pioneer’s smartphone. Tell your elders that the issue has been resolved and offer to meet.
Report your findings to Landau
Visit the Nezimye Workshop on the Central Square of the Administrative District and look for the Serval and the Cheetah there. Tell them everything that happened on the trip. They will accept their younger sister’s choice and will not interfere with her wishes.
Go to a museum for a meeting
As soon as you say goodbye to your friends, you will receive a message from Lynx. Answer her and proceed to the meeting place.
They will be waiting at the Belobog Museum of Local Lore. Go inside and find the researcher at the entrance to the hall on the left. Wait while Pela looks at the floppy disk containing information from her missing mother.
Witness a gritty scene where a girl looks through her mother’s notes and learn more about the intelligence officer’s past.
Listen to Landau’s conversation
Return to the Nezimye Workshop and find the trio together. They will thank the Pioneer for his help and decide to stay in a narrow family circle.
This will complete the task and you will receive the achievement “Landscapes of Snowy Fields”. Verification of two characters will also take place – Pelu and Lynx can now be invited as guests on the Star Express.
