In recent weeks, there have been some rumors about new wireless headphones in preparation from Samsung. After certification in South Korea and a first leak of the earphone manual, it is now the turn of journalist Roland Quandt to publish, on WinFuture, the marketing visuals and characteristics of the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE.
The German site tells us in particular that the headphones will be equipped with dynamic transducers 12 mm in diameter, particularly optimized for deep bass reproduction. On the other hand, unlike the Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, the Galaxy Buds FE would not include second transducers dedicated specifically to high frequencies.

On the controls side, the atypical format of the Galaxy Buds FE, with a flat surface on the outside, could suggest the integration of a real physical button to pause the music or change tracks, like this what Jabra offers. It seems that this will not be the case, since Roland Quandt speaks of a “clearly demarcated tactile zone”. Obviously, the headphones should be in-ear models with different tip sizes, but also retaining wings to ensure that they stay in place in the earbuds.
A launch expected in the coming weeks
For the charging case, you would logically have to rely on a USB-C connector. However, we do not know if wireless charging will be included.
The Galaxy Buds FE should be offered in two colors: black or white. They would be offered in Europe at a much more accessible price than the Galaxy Buds 2 launched upon release at 149 euros. Indeed, according to WinFuture, the Galaxy Buds FE would be launched in Europe at a price of 89 euros. As for the release date, it should be similar to that of the Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE, i.e. in the coming weeks.
