Aroged, Bandung – All That Money Can Buy is Starfield’s sixth main quest. Players can get this quest after completing Back to Vectera, The Empty Nest, and Into the Unknown. At that time, all the companions in Starfield had returned to Constellation.
In this quest, Walter Stroud will invite players to go to Neon. Players will help Walter to get a mysterious Artifact from a seller there.
Talk to Walter Shroud to Start the All That Money Can Buy Quest
After completing the three previous missions, players can immediately talk to Walter Shroud. He informed that he and a mysterious seller had made an appointment at Neon. The seller has an Artifact which is also being targeted by Constellation.
Therefore, Walter needs the player’s help to negotiate to get the Artifact. He will tell you that the city of Neon is located on the planet Volli Alpha.
Visit Stroud-Eklund HQ in Neon
Players must go to the Volli System as soon as they leave planet Jemison. After that, look for the Volli Alpha planet and use Neon as a landing place. Once out of the ship, meet Walter again who will talk about the planet and city.
Walter will tell players to go to Stroud-Eklund HQ before meeting the seller. Stroud-Eklund HQ is located in the western part of the city when following the marker. When you see the stairs marked Astral Lounge, use the elevator on the right to enter Stroud-Eklund HQ, where players will meet Walter and Issa, partners and husband and wife in the Starfield story.
A brief discussion between Water and Issa revealed that the sale would take place at the Astral Lounge. Walter then asks the player to ask about security at the Astral Lounge and investigate the seller.
Security at Astral Lounge
Exit the Stroud-Eklund HQ elevator, go up the stairs that lead to the Astral Lounge. Players can see the Astral Lounge, a nightclub with blaring music. Go to the back area to the bar and start discussing with the bartender named Boone Morgan. Players can ask several questions about security options.
Boone would recommend the VIP Package. There is an option to pay 4,000 Credits or negotiate a discount to 1,000 Credits. Whatever the result, players can check the Door Controller.
Enter the VIP Elevator to go to the VIP Balcony on the top floor. Follow the marker to enter Booth 3. Inside, there is a computer. Open the lock with pick lock (novice level) until there is a Remote Door Control message.

Investigate the Seller
To find out more about the seller, leave the Astral Lounge and follow the marker to the eastern part of town. Players will find a shop called Newill’s Goods. Enter the shop and meet James Newill.
Ask about his meeting with Walter Stroud, but he is reluctant to answer. Players can pay 2,500 Credits or negotiate to reveal more information. Whatever the choice, he revealed the seller was staying at Sleepcrate One.
Players can also ask about James Newill’s competitor, Dietrich Sieghart. This option will start the All for One side quest.
Leave Newill’s Goods and head towards Sleepcrate One. Follow the marker to reach a yellow Trade Authority marker. There is a door nearby. Open the lock using picklock (novice level) to access it.
Approach the small drawer and open it. Players will find a Resignation Letter. Then open the computer, that’s where players will find the GalBank Statement and Personal Correspondence 1-3. From there it was revealed that the seller really needed Credits.
After that, return to Shroud-Eklund HQ to talk to Walter. Tell them that the preparations are ready. So with that, players must return to the Astral Lounge with Walter. Previously, Walter would give a code “Ramsay and Travers” to ensure the seller that the player and himself were the buyers.
Start Negotiations for the Artifact
After entering the Astral Lounge with Walter, players must find the salesman who utters the phrase “Ramsay and Travers”. This can be deceptive because there are lots of NPCs hanging around there carrying suitcases. The seller will be near the bar standing with his back to the wall with a large suitcase. Players will find out the seller’s name is Musgrove.
Tell Musgrove “I’m Ramsay and Travers” to make sure he’s the seller. It will then go to the VIP Elevator.
Meet Walter again to learn how to play the negotiation game. He will provide the final instructions so that an agreement is reached.
Use the VIP Elevator to get to Booth 3, the negotiation location. As Walter suspected, the seller would double the price of the Artifact. Players can convince the seller to sell the Artifact at the price according to the initial agreement or close the security door so that he cannot escape. That way, players get Ny. Artifact.
When he left the room, a Slayton Agent was waiting while holding a machine gun. He admitted that the Artifact belonged to Slayton Aerospace. There are three options, negotiate, call Neon Security, or attack. If it attacks, the Astral Lounge situation becomes chaotic and players can get bounties. Likewise, if negotiations fail, the player is forced to attack him. Fortunately, players can call Neon Security because they have paid for the VIP Package so that the Slayton Agent leaves because he is outnumbered.
Unfortunately, on the way to the exit, Issa is already standing there and will tell the player the ship is confiscated. Not only that, Nicolaus Slayton has set a bounty on the player and Walter. This makes players unable to leave Neon and the planet Volli Alpha.
Pergi ke Slayton Aerospace HQ
To resolve this issue, players must travel to Slayton Aerospace HQ to confront Slayton. Use the same elevator as going to Stroud-Eklund HQ to reach this location.
Players will arrive in the lobby of Slayton Aerospace HQ and see a receptionist named Ryleigh. There are two options for the next step, negotiate with Ryleigh or attack Slayton Aerospace HQ. However, attacking is not a wise move in Starfield as players will encounter many enemies and unnecessary problems. If negotiations are successful, Ryleigh will say Slayton is ready to meet. After that, enter the elevator.
Alternatively, players can also steal Ryleigh’s Management Access Code without her knowledge to use the elevator. If they feel they can’t, players can go to the bathroom to the left of the front room and take the Slayton Service Key from a drawer. The Slayton Service Key will open the Elevator Maintenance Control, break the lock (Apprentice level) to be able to use the elevator.
Unfortunately, while in the elevator, Nicolaus Slayton has sabotaged it, preventing the player and Walter from getting to the Executive Level. Luckily, Issa has security access. He told him to go through the Vent System. Follow Issa’s directions to reach the next floor.
The Vent System will take players out of the room with several security officers on guard. If caught, players need to fight them.
Panjat Trade Tower
Once outside the building, players will be near the top of the tower. Unfortunately, there are many security officers in the area. There are two options, attack them or sneak. At least, attacking wouldn’t trigger more serious problems in that area.
Make sure to follow the markers to reach the Trade Tower. After that, players can climb to the top. Once you reach the top, take the east side of the roof to find a door leading to the interior of Slayton Aerospace HQ.
Nicolaus Slayton Confrontation
Upon entering the room, Nicolaus Slayton and his security guards already greet the player and Walter. Players could attack directly, but the consequences were fatal because Slayton’s security guards were numerous.
The wiser way would be to talk to Slayton. He will tell him that he has arrested Musgrove, the Artifact seller, for theft. Walter will also offer him a compromise.
Slayton asks players to determine Musgrove’s fate. Head to Slayton’s office, where Musgrove is already badly injured. Players can free him, kill him, and throw him in prison. These three choices will not have an impact on the quest results in Starfield.
Leave Neon Immediately
Use the elevator to return to the lobby outside the building. Head towards the Spaceport Terminal where the player’s ship is impounded. Use the ship to quickly leave Neon and the planet Volli Alpha.
Before leaving, Walter will ask about the player’s experience of Neon during the All That Money Can Buy quest taking place in Starfield. That way, the sixth quest is completed.
However, during the journey, a mysterious futuristic ship called the Helix appears in front of the player’s ship. The stranger behind the ship asks to hand over Nye’s Artifact to him and claims to be one of the Starborn. This is also the beginning of the seventh main quest in Starfield, Starborn.
