This Thursday, Capcom released a title update for “Resident Evil 4”. The Japanese publisher also presented a new trailer for the VR mode, which we don’t want to withhold from you.
If you own the “Resident Evil 4” remake, you can now download a new update. It introduces support for the Separate Ways DLC released today. You have to pay 9.99 euros for the approximately four hour long extension.
In the DLC you experience the campaign of the main game from Ada Wong’s perspective. Here you will see some content that Capcom removed from the Leon campaign. For example, we saw the well-known Laser Room in a previous trailer.
New content and adjustments for Mercenary Mode
Mercenary mode also benefits from the update. New characters and locations are now available here. The developers have also made balance adjustments related to points, item drops and time bonuses. Finally, there are a few bug fixes to be mentioned.
So much for today’s title update. Apart from that, Capcom has a trailer for you that gives an overview of the VR mode. The publisher presented it at the Tokyo Game Show, which started today.
In the trailer you will find out how the interactions and weapons have been completely changed to create a more immersive gaming experience.
