Capcom has shown off a brand new gameplay installment of Dragon’s Dogma 2, and this action RPG sequel looks really good. As we’ve come to expect from the Japanese developers, the weighty combat looks like an absolute blast and is a real evolution of the mechanics present in the first Dragon’s Dogma. There are still different character classes to choose from, and you’ll once again climb larger beasts to take them down or hit weak points. And as previously confirmed, the pledge system returns, allowing you to recruit AI-controlled, not-quite-human party members for your adventures. This all just looks great too.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 will be released sometime in 2024 for PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
