Again with a cast headed by Eduard Fernández, Megan Montaner and Miguel Ángel Silvestre, season 2 of 30 Coins arrives in the HBO Max catalog next October.
Next month HBO Max brings to its catalog the long-awaited season 2 of 30 coins, the famous serie Spanish horror and intrigue created by the acclaimed filmmaker Alex de la Iglesia.
Its plot begins with Vergara, an exorcist, boxer and ex-convict exiled in a parish in the town of Pedrada, where one of the legendary 30 coins of plata for which Judas betrayed Jesus Christ.
Once he finds the coin, a series of paranormal phenomena begin to occur that cause Father Vergara to end up involved with the veterinarian and the mayor of the town in the entire a global conspiracy involving the Cainites that threatens to destroy Christianity.

What the new season of 30 coins is about
The new episodes of Álex de la Iglesia’s series take place after the shocking events of the previous season and its plot begins with a good part of the town of Pedraza plunged into madness and locked up in a psychiatric hospital.
“Elena lies in a coma, in a dark hospital bed. Paco, devastated by remorse, tries to take care of her, but it is not easy. As the horror grows around them, our group of heroes must face a new enemy .
Someone so perverse that even the devil himself fears him… But what about Father Vergara? Has he died, along with his archenemy, Cardinal Santoro? Where are the tortured souls hiding?“, details the official synopsis of season 2.
