According to new information for the future flagship smartphones Redmi K70, testing of the MIUI 15 update based on Android 14 continues. This indicates a possible date for the announcement of the devices.
Internal builds MIUI-V15.0.0.2 and MIUI-V15.0.0.1 are being tested for Chinese firmware Redmi K70, K70 Pro and K70E. What is most ironic is that this clearly gives us an understanding of when the smartphone presentation will take place.
This means that the K70 series will premiere in the first week of December in China when MIUI 15 is fully ready.
The smartphones will receive Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Dimensity 9200+ processors, respectively. The Redmi K70 Pro series models will be exclusive to the Chinese market, however, as always, a rebranded version will appear in a few months, either under the Poco or Xiaomi brand.
The MIUI 15 update focuses on improving performance, security and stability based on Android 14. The new Redmi flagships are expected to meet users’ demands for performance and innovative features.
