The action RPG Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden has been given a new release date for next year.
DON’T NOD, independent video game publisher and development studio, and FOCUS Entertainment announce that Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, originally scheduled for release on November 7, 2023, will now be released on February 13, 2024 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S is released.
Oskar Guilbert, CEO of DON’T NOD, and John Bert, Managing Director of FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT, jointly explain: “We have decided to postpone the release of this new franchise by three months due to the market’s intense year-end release cycle for AAA -Titles experienced on PC and consoles. We are confident that a commercial release of Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden in a less saturated period will receive the attention it deserves.”
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is an action RPG in which players take on the shoes of two ghost hunters and lovers. They have to face impossible decisions and their dramatic consequences, which does not only apply to the living.
