Head coach of Dnepr-1 Yuri Maksimov shared his impressions of the 1/8 Ukrainian Cup match against Polesie (1:1, 4:5 on penalties).
“The opponent had one more day to prepare, and we rested a little and prepared for the game on the third day with the same lineup.
I’m happy with the team’s performance, although, of course, I’m not happy with the result. All the guys gave their all on the field, I have no comments against anyone. Anything can happen, but we move on. The next game is ahead. The most important thing is that all our guys are healthy, our team is good and everything will be fine,” Maksimov said.
