Iron Guard in Pokémon Scarlet and Purple
In the Paldea region of Pokémon Scarlet and Purplea strange phenomenon caused the appearance of Pokémon Paradoxes, in other words creatures from another time. In the Scarlet Versionthese Pokémon come from the past, while the Version Violet features Pokémon from the future. Besides, Ironguard himself comes from the future, making him one of the exclusives of Violet. So you won’t be able to find it in nature in Pokémon Scarlet.
If you have Pokémon Purpleyou will find Ironguard inside of Paldea Crater. This implies having completed the main storyline of the game, because this Pokémon Paradox will not appear in the wild otherwise. To find this Pokémon, you must go to Observation post no. 3 of Paldea Crater. Instead of going into the large cave in front of the building, take a left and continue until the big tree. From there, turn left and squeeze between the rocks to reach a small cave. You will find Ironguard inside, especially if you get closer to the waterfall.
However, if you have the Scarlet Versionthere are several ways to obtain a Ironguard. The first consists of make an exchange with a trusted person. If this is not possible, you can use the redemption code next to exchange a Roar-Moon against one Ironguard from the exchange portal: 0397-0398. Alternatively, if you are unable to trade online, you can transfer the Pokémon from within the app Homebut this implies having a backup of the Version Violet on your console.
