However, over the last few hours, new information has been emerging about the incident and, apparently, the person involved in the wave of layoffs is also Crystal Dynamics.
According to a report, he was sent home about 10% of the total workforce of the software house. At the moment we do not have more specific details on the number of employees who have lost their jobs, but it would appear to be a substantial quantity.
