Despite all the rumors that surrounded them, Rockstar Games never released a story DLC for Grand Theft Auto V or a sequel to the high school action movie Bully. A recent leak, however, indicates that the studio was at least working on them.

The Video Games Chronicle portal noticed that recently a software database file for GTA V and GTA Online became publicly available, which knowledgeable users have already begun to disassemble piece by piece.
One of the first discoveries of data miners it turned out mention in the code of the never-released Bully 2, along with projects like GTA IV, MC 4 (apparently Midnight Club Los Angeles) and RDR 2 that were released.

Among other things, the file contained a reference to Trevor Phillips with a jetpack. According to modder billsyliamgta, this is once again confirmsthat Rockstar has reworked the story addition to GTA V into content for GTA Online.
In December 2017, Rockstar unveiled and released the Doomsday Heist update featuring the Thruster jetpack, which remains a multiplayer exclusive to this day.

Dataminer GlowDevs also discovered in the database there is a mention of CNC – the Cops ‘n’ Crooks mode for GTA Online, which Rockstar canceled due to the death of George Floyd during his arrest in 2020.
All this, however, concerns content in the past, while Rockstar Games is now focused on the future – in early December the studio promised to show the debut trailer for the next part of Grand Theft Auto.
