Developer Ascendant Studios, in the person of CEO Bret Robbins, has commented on the weak sales of Immortals of Aveum expressed. Accordingly, the title simply got lost in a full release window. That’s what they were like Baldur’s Gate III and Armored Core VI just released or very close and the blockbuster Starfield was also within reach. As a new studio, it is simply difficult to draw attention to a fresh brand, especially in such an environment.
A consequence of this is that Immortals of Aveum could soon be available on PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass. In any case, initial discussions about corresponding deals are already underway, but there is no specific date yet.
