On December 21, the European Court will deliver its verdict in the case between the European Super League and UEFA. If UEFA loses the case, the main ideological inspirer of the Super League, Real Madrid President Florentino Perez is going to make another attempt to launch the tournament.
In the spring of 2021, English clubs were the first to leave the Super League, of which exactly half were among the 12 founders of the project – 6. Now representatives of the Premier League are not eager to return to the project.
However, according to Spanish media, Perez remains firmly committed to launching the project, and, in the event of a positive court decision, will do it even without the British.
