THQ Nordic showed a new strategy trailer Last Train Home. It was dedicated to improvements to the train on which the player will travel from Moscow to Vladivostok during the Civil War.
The video shows that some people compare the train to a “city on wheels.” This is not surprising, since the train has different departments with their own tasks. For example, heavy cannons for defense, storage for supplies, sleeping quarters, workshops, a kitchen and a hospital for treatment. Every department needs to be improved and repaired, but the locomotive became the heart of the train. There will be three types: fast, armored or economical, which requires less coal.
Last Train Home chronicles the desperate journey of Czechoslovakian soldiers after the First World War. They are trying to return home, but to do this they have to cross Siberia by train – at the very moment when Russia is engulfed in the Civil War. During the journey, you will have to uncover the horrors of war and make difficult moral decisions.
Last Train Home will be released on PC on November 28th. You can get a closer look at it in the author’s detailed preview “Gambling addiction” The strategy was clearly not for everyone, but it feels high-quality and will certainly be successful among fans of this kind of games.
