Hotta Studio has released a major update 3.4 “Butterfly in the Abyss” for the MMORPG Tower of Fantasy. The developers have once again expanded Territory 9 and now the entire map of Swamp City is open to players, along with new zones such as Ao Passage, Furnace of the Fire Skies, Amber Snow Canyon, Cave of Sorrow, Black Jade Ruins and others.
The update also introduces a continuation of the main storyline, in which Ji Yu continues his exploration of the Forbidden Land and re-ignites the Furnace of the Fire Heavens to thwart Nan Ying’s plans and reveal the true causes of the Eleven-Earth disaster. Side missions have also been added in Swamp City. There you can also fight the new world boss Merbel and new creatures such as rockwings and quietwings.
Nan Ying has joined the roster of characters along with her limited-edition weapon Black Bamboo. You can get it in a special banner for a limited time. In addition, the game features a series of new events with various rewards.
