The developers are aware of the problem and are working to fix it.
An update for the racing simulator Gran Turismo 7, released on July 25, slightly broke the game’s physics engine. Now cars can rise into the air at gigantic speeds and spin like a top.
Glitchy cars can leave beautiful contrails behind them, they do not maintain control – you will not be able to fly over the track. It seems that if you use the camera from the cockpit, then in a couple of minutes you can get seasick.
According to experiments conducted by players, physics starts to glitch when choosing a non-standard landing height. Developers confirmthat one of the settings is to blame for the problem, but they do not disclose the details.
Polyphony Digital is already working on fixing the error, while fans are asking developers to take their time: if you choose the right settings, you can cosplay the Fast and Furious films in Gran Turismo 7.
