AMD Company postponed start of sales of Ryzen 9000 family processors. Previously, the start of sales was scheduled for July 31, now, depending on the model, the processors will go on sale either on August 8 or 15.
When will Ryzen 9000 go on sale?
August 8: Ryzen 7 9700X and Ryzen 5 9600X go on sale. August 15: Ryzen 9 9950X and Ryzen 9 9900X.

As AMD explains, additional time was needed to fully test all processors. The company discovered that not all chips were properly tested and decided to delay the start of sales until testing was completed.
AMD is confident that the current postponement of the start of sales will be the only one and the chips will certainly go on sale on August 8-15. The publication of reviews of the new processors has apparently also been postponed.
