ASUS Republic of Gamers has announced the release of the flagship gaming keyboard Azoth Extreme in 75% format. This premium keyboard is made of aluminum and contains a support plate made of carbon fiber inside, which absorbs vibrations. In addition, the support plate is fixed through adjustable dampers, and a special switch allows you to change the depth of pressing of all keys with one movement. In the upper right corner there is a color OLED touch screen and a three-position regulator, allowing you to instantly control the volume of sound, multimedia, lighting and other parameters.
The keyboard can operate in wired or wireless mode via a 2.4 GHz receiver or Bluetooth 5.1. Using the ROG Polling Rate Booster adapter, you can achieve a polling rate of 8000 Hz. At the same time, the battery life should be enough for 1,600 hours.
The keyboard is built on lubricated ROG NX Snow switches, which are also easy to remove. The keycaps are made of double-molded PBT plastic. All keys have colored backlighting, and the long keys are equipped with special stabilizers. Inside, there are three damping layers of noise insulation, two made of foam and one made of silicone, which absorb vibrations, remove unnecessary sounds and provide excellent acoustics. In addition, there is an elongated silicone wrist rest and two pairs of magnetic feet of different heights, providing three tilt angles according to user preferences.
The recommended price for the ROG Azoth Extreme is no less impressive than the keyboard itself, and is around $500.
