Doctor Manhattan can be upset too.
A clip from Watchmen, the animated adaptation of the Watchmen comic book, was shown at San Diego Comic-Con. The clip featured an interview with Doctor Manhattan and a fight involving Nite Owl and Silk Spectre that takes place in the background.
The events in the animated version of Watchmen unfold much the same as in the original comics. The superheroes in civilian clothes manage to defeat the bandits quite easily, and Doctor Manhattan’s interview doesn’t go as expected.
The animated adaptation of “Watchmen” has been split into two parts. The first film will be released on August 13, 2024, and the second will premiere in 2025.
