Almost six months after the launch of the Nothing Phone (2a), Nothing is set to unveil a new model, the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus. Today, the British company revealed its name and announced that “an unusual new smartphone is coming soon” – the presentation of the new product will take place on July 31.
Nothing also posted the slogan Plus. More. Extra on its X social media account (formerly Twitter). Apparently, the new model will be almost identical in specifications to the Nothing Phone (2a) smartphone released in March, but will have a larger screen.
Prior to this, there were media reports that the new Nothing smartphone had been mentioned on several certification sites, including the Telecommunications and Digital Regulatory Authority (TDRA) and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). However, apart from the mention of the upcoming new model, there was virtually no information about its technical specifications.
Let us remind you that the Nothing Phone (2a) is equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2412 × 1084 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, as well as a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro processor, a main camera with two 50-sensors and a 32 MP front camera.
