SilverStone has introduced the FARA 514X and FARA 312X computer cases. The FARA 312X model is made in the Micro-ATX format, and the FARA 514X uses the standard Mid-Tower form factor. Both new products are equipped with mesh front panels and 140 mm front fans for effective access of fresh air to components.

One of the side walls of both cases is made of tempered glass. FARA 312X supports the installation of video cards up to 365 mm long, the FARA 514X model allows you to install video cards up to 395 mm long. The junior case model supports the installation of processor coolers up to 173 mm high, the FARA 514X version supports coolers up to 168 mm high. The manufacturer has provided 217 mm of free space for installing a power supply and cables in both new products.
The dimensions of the FARA 312X (SST-FA312X-BG) case are 220 × 410 × 412.4 mm. Its weight is 5.76 kg. The new product offers four expansion slots and supports the installation of Micro-ATX, Mini-DTX and Mini-ITX motherboards. Three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans can be installed on the front side of the case.
The manufacturer has provided two 140 mm fans with ARGB backlighting in the front and one 120 mm in the back. The case also offers the installation of two 140 mm or 120 mm fans on top. The FARA 312X is declared to support liquid cooling radiators up to 280 × 140 mm in size in the front and top.
The new product also has a combined mounting place for a 3.5- or 2.5-inch drive at the bottom of the case and three separate places for installing 2.5-inch drives located behind the motherboard tray. The front panel of the FARA 312X case is represented by two USB 3.0 ports and a pair of 3.5 mm audio outputs.
The FARA 514X case (SST-FA514X-BG or SST-FA514X-WG) measures 220 x 492.8 x 458.6 mm and weighs 8.6 kg. The manufacturer offers three pre-installed 140 mm ARGB fans in the front and one 120 mm in the back. The new product supports the installation of liquid cooling radiators up to 360 x 120 mm in the front and top.
The FARA 514X also has two combined slots for 3.5- and 2.5-inch drives and a pair of separate slots for 2.5-inch SSDs. The front panel of the case’s connectors consists of one USB Type-C, two USB 3.0, and a pair of 3.5 mm audio outputs.
Both cases will be available in white and black versions. The manufacturer did not announce the cost of FARA 514X and FARA 312X.
