Colorful has introduced the iGame Jiachen Zhilong DDR5 series of RAM modules, created in the same style as the previously released limited edition Dragon Year motherboards. This high-performance memory is aimed at users who value not only performance, but also aesthetics.
The first memory kit in the new line has a capacity of 48 GB (2 x 24 GB) and operates at a frequency of 6800 MHz with CL34 timings. The key feature of the modules is a spectacular heat sink with a Dragon Scale design and RGB backlighting in the form of a dragon.
The design of the Jiachen Zhilong series is inspired by traditional Chinese colors, including red Zheng Li and gold Jin Xiang. The front side of the modules features patterns of Xiang Yun clouds and Yu Feng flying phoenixes, while the back side features the Jiachen Zhilong emblem. The overall look is completed by a gold frame and multi-layer fiber optic light guides, symbolizing “rising step by step”.
From a technical point of view, it is known that the new memory uses high-quality chips from SK hynix and provides data transfer rates up to 6800 MT/s. It supports XMP 3.0 technology for easy one-click overclocking, intelligent PMIC temperature control for optimal thermal conditions, and ON-Die ECC for automatic error correction, ensuring data integrity and stability.
While only the 48GB version is currently available on JD.com, the product page hints at a future 32GB variant. This smaller capacity version is expected to retain the CL34 timings, but will be able to handle 100% of its tasks at a higher operating voltage of 1.4W.
The set is currently available on the Chinese platform JD.com at a price of 1,399 yuan (about 16,600 rubles).
