DC has released the debut trailer for its upcoming animated series Creature Commandos and announced that it will premiere on Max in December. The series will be one of the first projects to be released in the DC Universe by James Gunn, who wrote all of the episodes.
As in Suicide Squad, we’ll be introduced to a group of villains that Amanda Waller will send on deadly missions. After the events of Peacemaker, she’s been banned from using humans for them, so Rick Flag Sr., who will lead the New M Task Force, will be the only human on the team.
Creature Commandos features Sean Gunn, Anya Chalotra, Maria Bakalova, Frank Grillo, David Harbour, Alan Tudyk and more. The series was animated by Bobbypills, and the first trailer introduces us to Nina Mazurskaya, Dr. Phosphorus, Frankenstein, his Bride, GI Robot and Weasel.
