According to Downdetector, the largest number of complaints about problems with Xiaomi smartphones and gadgets came from residents of the Moscow region (33%), St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region (13%), Krasnodar Krai (3%), Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Republic of Tatarstan (2% each).
Users report that the smartphone suddenly freezes after switching on or spontaneously switches off. There are also reports that the application does not open or work, there is no access to devices in Mi Home, or the smartphone can constantly reboot.
