Genshin Impact hasn’t even released Natlan yet, but insiders are already talking about the abilities of the heroes in the next patch 5.1. According to multiple sources, such as HomDGCat, Uncle Krr, Team Mew and Foul, it is in this version that we will get a playable 5-star Shilonen. In combat, she uses a one-handed sword and Geo God’s Eye.
The following is known about Shilonen’s skills:
Scales from HP. Charged attacks have a special effect that causes enemies to lose balance once every 6 seconds. After activating an elemental skill, enters a strengthened Night Spirit state, which lasts from 6 to 12 seconds depending on the number of enemies hit. The countdown is paused while climbing, which can be useful when exploring the open world. The elemental skill, along with the passive talent, imposes various debuffs on enemies. It works as follows. Shilonen has three gems, the illumination of which depends on the elements of allies and their number. The priority is as follows: Pyro → Electro → Hydro → Hydro. If there are any unactivated gems left after this, they will light up with Geo. When Shilonen enters the Night Spirit state, she lowers the resistance of enemies to elements corresponding to the illumination of her gems. This debuff is approximately equal to that of the Emerald Shadow artifact set, which is often given to Anemo characters. When Night Spirit ends, a field appears around the character that has the same effect of cutting resistances. When the ultimate is activated, Shilonen summons the Spirit of the Leopard for 9 seconds. The creature follows the active character and gives various buffs based on the allies’ elements and their number.
The effects of some constellations have also become known: C1 – increases the duration of the Night Spirit. C2 – gives buffs depending on the elements of the squad members. Pyro: +30% attack power; Hydro: +40% HP; Cryo: +20% critical hit chance; Geo: +60% defense. The Electro bonus is still unknown. C4 – the field after the disappearance of the Night Spirit will also reduce the resistance of enemies to normal and charged attacks. C6 – gives an additional buff to all types of attacks.
As for origin, Shilonen comes from the Echo Children clan. At the moment, we are familiar with another representative of this Geo tribe – little Kachina.
We will be able to get more precise and detailed information after the start of beta testing of version 5.1, which will happen around the same time as the release of Natlan.
