“Endless Abyss” in ZZZ is one of the longest quests we’ve come across in the game. It takes about 2 hours to get to level 99. We’ll tell you if it’s worth it.
The endless abyss in ZZZ
To unlock the order “(Research) Endless Abyss” in ZZZ, you need to reach level 40 Internet. After that, the Cavern Researcher will appear opposite your video rental, who will give the task “(Research) The reason for my fall is the eternal banbu”.
The explorer will tell you about the Endless Abyss and ask you to find his missing partner there. Head to the HDD terminal and begin the task.
During the passage you will encounter very different opponents, so we recommend taking agents with several attributes into the squad.
How to get through the Endless Abyss to level 99?
When going through the levels of the Endless Abyss, you first need to watch the pressure, as accumulating 100 points imposes 1 level of infection on you. After collecting 5 levels, the quest will be completed.
Each cell with an event gives +10 points, as do the cells marked with a red background. Cells with a purple screen give 30 points at once, try to avoid them if possible.
Cells with a blue background and a helmet reduce pressure by 30, cells with a balloon – by 40.
The secret to smooth progress is to use navigation beacons correctly to secure cells. When moving to the next level, you always get one navigation beacon.
You will be given two more beacons for completing every five levels of the Endless Abyss. In addition, cells with beacons are found on the playing field and can be given as a reward for answering quiz questions:
The navigation beacon allows you to move pinned tiles from level to level. The pinned tile is also safe and does not accumulate pressure when you step on it.
We recommend that you secure two cells: one with a rest area or a pressure-reducing balloon, and one with a navigation beacon. When you move to every fifth level, these cells will be thrown to the center of the screen, allowing you to secure them in convenient positions.
This way you can safely move from level to level without building up pressure or gaining infection levels. For the scheme to work, cells need to be secured and carried around at each level.
When passing the Endless Abyss, we advise you to move to the rift by the shortest route, without being distracted by the events scattered around, unless they lie directly on your path.
Every fifth level you will get to the hub, where you can get the main rewards, find diary pages with a local plot, remove the infection for sherlings, heal, reduce pressure and take the Carrot for an immediate exit from the cavern.
You will also have to fight the Ethereals over and over again to unlock the cell that leads to the next level.

Strange Diary – All Pages
Below we have placed the contents of all the pages of the strange diary that you find while moving deeper into the Endless Abyss. In case you are too lazy to go to the end, but still want to finish reading.
“The 27th. Clear. Depth: 20. Struggling with the first signs of illness. Gradually adapting to the contaminated environment of the Abyss. The pressure is moderate, supplies are in abundance. Now I can descend to a depth of 40 without problems!” “This is my fifth time here. I don’t want to brag, but the Abyss is not dangerous for me. I don’t care what others think of the Abyss. They just can’t stand being alone. Exploring the Abyss is like a long drive: the scenery doesn’t change, but inattention can cost you dearly. I’m not so delighted with this place anymore, but I still descend here as soon as I have free time.” “The 30th. Thunderstorm. Depth: 60. Scattering journal entries in the hope that the next witness will witness my abilities. Friends outside the cavern do not understand why I explore the caverns and what I want to achieve! Recently I met an old man. He told me that his family had gone ahead and left him. It was strange, because it is very rare to meet another person here. I gave him some advice. Stop writing. I need to catch up with the old man and find out what happened. “The 20th. Cloudy. Depth: 80. The old man and I have been traveling for several days. It is more difficult to go deeper with him. But he is my first companion. I value him very much. We talked a lot about what happened in the abyss and beyond. The old man did not skimp on praise. We can go even deeper. There are more than enough supplies.”
On the last level of the Endless Abyss is a huge stone tombstone. Several names and dates are carved into the tombstone. The oldest was made several hundred years ago. The latest was made several years ago, on the 20th, the month is illegible. Under the tombstone is a page from a tattered diary:
“20th of the current month. Clear. Depth: 99. Can’t go any further. Supplies are running low. Must leave. This is the last page of the journal. I will leave it here as a tribute. I want to create supply points for travelers on every fifth level. This will allow many to receive help. Farewell, my first friend.”
