Despite its age, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege remains popular. The game is available on Xbox, Playstation and PC, and its audience has only grown in recent years.
The developers have released an update under the number Y9S2.3. With it, the system of automatic removal from the match for shooting at team members was removed from the game. Now users will receive damage for shooting at their own, but they will not be completely excluded from the match. The developers are confident that in this way they will be able to restrain players from intentional sabotage, while making the gameplay, in general, more enjoyable.
According to the developers, team kills and injuries will still be taken into account in the penalty system and will affect the player’s reputation.
Let’s recall that in May of this year, Rainbow Six: Siege added a subscription for $9.99 per month with various bonuses.
