Sources in Taiwan are reporting that NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series graphics cards may soon face a worldwide shortage, with the RTX 4070 and RTX 4060/Ti being hit the hardest by “severe restrictions” on NVIDIA’s AD10X series chip production lines.
It is worth remembering that the shortage can also cause price increases, and if we remember that this year we should not expect a replacement for the younger video cards of the RTX 40 series from NVIDIA, then we can conclude that the “greens” are simply giving more and more power to the production of AI solutions instead of gaming ones. Or NVIDIA intends to produce a lot of flagship RTX 50.
Let us clarify that the information is not official, and therefore should be taken with a grain of salt.
