The Vargashinsky Industrial Park will help with this.
The Vargashinsky Industrial Park, located in the Kurgan Region, will be replenished in the coming years with three new production facilities: an electric motor plant, an aerated concrete plant, and a metal roofing plant. The plans for implementing these projects were discussed with business representatives by the region’s governor Vadim Shumkov.
OOO Elektromotory MobiDik, which will manufacture electric motors with a capacity of 10 to 100 kW, plans to create 50 new jobs. Construction of the enterprise is already underway and should be completed within a year.
The aerated concrete and metal tile plants are scheduled to be launched in 2026. It is expected that these enterprises will create about 100 more jobs.
Let us recall that the Vargašinsky Industrial Park is located on the territory of the priority social and economic development area (PSEDA) “Vargaši” and offers residents preferential conditions for doing business, including tax breaks and access to engineering infrastructure.
According to the general director of the Vargashinsky Industrial Park, Sergey Gilev, budget investments in the development of industrial parks are among the most effective, since tax revenues from residents within a short time begin to exceed the invested funds many times over.
Governor Vadim Shumkov also shared plans to create industrial sites in other municipalities of the region – Shadrinsk, Dalmatovo and Petukhovo.
