The cooperative third-person looter shooter The First Descendant has received its first content update since its release, 1.0.5. It added two Descendants (playable characters) to the game: Luna, whom we could already see as an NPC, and Super-Valby, a special version of the already familiar Valby.
Luna has the following abilities:
Improvisation (Passive) – Using any skill increases her Inspiration Gauge, allowing Luna to use enhanced skills. Stage Presence – Using this skill changes Luna’s weapon to her unique weapon. Playing notes in time with the music with skills or hitting monsters accumulates and increases her Ability Power modifier. Passionate Stage – When using this skill, Luna plays upbeat music, increasing her and her allies’ Ability Power modifier. Gaining an enhanced effect further increases her Ability Power modifier, as well as increasing her allies’ Critical Hit Rate and damage. Relaxing Act – When using this skill, Luna plays relaxing music. Hitting an enemy with the note gives an effect that instantly restores Luna’s and her allies’ Energy. Gaining an enhanced effect increases Energy recovery and reduces the cost of the skill. Delightful Stage – When using this skill, Luna begins to play delightful music. Hitting an enemy with the note increases her Inspiration Gauge and reduces her allies’ Ability Cooldown. Receiving the enhanced effect increases the Inspiration Gauge even further and immediately resets the cooldown of allies’ abilities.
The First Descendant’s 1.0.5 update also added new cosmetics, various balance changes, and bug fixes. You can check out the full list of changes at pages games on Steam.
