On Reddit, Shams Jojani, CEO of Arrowhead, addressed the “Helldivers 2” community. This time, his post was about resources and the question of how they could be used in the future. Here, the developers are asking players for their ideas and relying on a joint brainstorming session.
In recent months, the developers at Arrowhead have regularly demonstrated their close relationship with the “Helldivers 2” community. Time and again, players’ ideas or suggestions for improvement have been taken up and implemented.
On Reddit, none other than Shams Jojani, CEO of Arrowhead, addressed the community. In a post, Jojani addressed the various resources that you can earn in “Helldivers 2”. According to Jojani, frequent players in particular are sometimes faced with the situation of having earned the maximum number of a resource.
To ensure that players do not sit on their resources in the long term, but can invest them sensibly, the developers are currently looking for concepts and ideas. Arrowhead is also relying on the creativity of the community here.
“Many of us (let’s be honest, you) have reached the limit and are sitting on mountains of digital gold and would like to use that gold patriotically to advance the war cause (i.e. more fun ways of progress). So I’m here to hear your best ideas,” said Jojani.
“We have our own designs and ideas, but we’d love to hear yours. In due course, we’ll probably formalize how we collect feedback like this in proper surveys.”
“But right now I’m just a humble nerd asking for your help. Reddit is a good substitute as it (hopefully) brings the best ideas to the surface,” added Arrowhead’s CEO.
“Kick off with some fun ideas on how to use resources (existing or new) for long-term progression. In a way that still fits the overall design of the game. We still plan on doing streams/vlogs in the future, and a follow-up to this thread might be an interesting topic for later.”
The next war bond is in the starting blocks
