Producer Nobuhiro Suzuki has now revealed why “Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble” was released exclusively for Switch. The decision was only partly based on technical factors.
Suzuki explains that the Switch was simply the most used console among buyers of the previous games. If there is enough interest, “Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble” could certainly be ported to other platforms.
In “Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble” we compete with AiAi and his friends with up to 15 players online in various game modes and win the title of top monkey. We can also play together with our friends in the cooperative four-player mode or experience a lovingly written story in the new adventure mode. So we shouldn’t get bored anytime soon.
“Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble” was released on June 25th exclusively for Switch.
