Shinji Mikami and Suda51 Interested in Continuing Killer7?
Want to Work on Killer7 Series
The two veteran game creators discussed one of the cult classic games, Killer7. It turns out that Shinji Mikami was interested in seeing the continuation of this game series when asked what the next project of these two developers is.
Mikami said that he would like to see Suda develop or make a sequel to Killer7. And of course this statement surprised Suda51 because the game is almost 20 years old.
Suda then explained that maybe everyone will be able to see the sequel of Killer7 or the complete edition version. And of course this news made the fans excited.

Interested in Working on Complete Edition
Suda seems interested in working on the Complete Edition first before working on the sequel of this game. This certainly has several reasons that he explained directly.
I should make the complete edition first. The complete edition and then Killer11. I don’t know, Killer7-something, I think. Maybe ‘Killer7: Beyond

Then he explained why he wanted to work on the Complete Edition first. In the original version of Killer7, the character Coyote didn’t speak much. But initially, he planned to have a lot of dialogue which could potentially be returned to this complete edition.
And Mikami also thinks that a Killer7 Complete Edition might be possible, but Grasshopper would have to decide first whether to work on that version or a sequel first.
