Publisher 2K and Visual Concepts studio have released an official gameplay trailer for the upcoming basketball simulator NBA 2K25. And the main focus in it is new and updated systems games, illustrating the messages with footage of the gameplay.
The key technology of NBA 2K25 will be the ProPLAY system, which, however, will only be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC. It provides realism of animation and facial expressions of athletes by capturing real frames of NBA games. The game promises more than 9,000 new animations.
The developers have also updated the dribbling system, which will now feature automatically generated authentic movements and precise positioning. The shooting system has been reworked, which will now be more realistic. And the defense system will receive new skill-based styles and more precise controls.
The game will also feature a new Shot Canceling feature that will allow you to cancel your shot at any time to move on to other moves. This will give offensive players more creative tools. And the new Pro Stick Rhythm Shooting system will reward you for accurately mimicking each athlete’s shots.
NBA 2K25 will be released on September 6 on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
