343 Industries Community Director Brian Jarrard puts to rest rumors of outsourced development of Halo Next by confirming on social media that Microsoft is launching a hiring spree to help shape the future of the iconic Master Chief shooter series.
“We’re hiring!” exclaims the representative of the Xbox Game Studios software house before urging all veterans and talents in the sector who wish to join 343 Industries to come forward and submit their applications to Microsoft for the roles indicated by the American technology giant.
As of this writing, the roles currently being sought by the Redmond-based company to “help 343 shape the next era of Halo games” include software engineers, AI and interface engineers, managers, and systems and gameplay designers.
Did you know that in recent weeks 343 Industries has welcomed a former Bungie employee as the new Lead Game Designer for Halo Next? We are referring to Dan Gniady, a former Creative Assembly alumnus and Bungie veteran who, since last July, has taken on the role of lead developer for the new video game in the sci-fi saga of Halo.
